Elli Avram was born on 29th July 1990 in Stockholm, Sweden. Her actual name is Elisabet Avramidou Granlund. She is a Swedish Greek-Indian Television Actress, Film Actress, Theatre Actress, Television Personality, Television Presenter & Dancer. She is known for her work in Swedish, Hindi, Tamil & Kannada Language movies. Her well-known films are Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu and Mickey Virus.

Elli Avram was born to Jannis Avramidis who is a musician and Maria Granlund who is an actress. She enrolled in Frans Schartau High School, Sweden, from where she obtained her graduate degree in Society-Economics.

When she was at the age of 18, she joined Pardesi Dance Group in Sundbyberg and performed all over Scandinavia, mostly on Bollywood songs. After which she was cast to act in Swedish film Förbjuden Frukt, The film released in 2008. In 2010, she also participated in the Miss Greece beauty contest. In 2012 she relocated to Mumbai to Mumbai. She started modeling in India. She got her first assignment with Eveready Batteries. She was then seen in a television commercial for Ricchezza Silver Jewelry. She also participated in reality television show Big Boss 7 in the year 2013.

Elli Avram got her first major breakthrough by starring in Saurabh Varma’s comedy thriller Mickey Virus opposite Manish Paul. The film was critically praised and so was Elli. She was next seen in Hindi film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu opposite comedian Kapil Sharma.

Well, Since then, she has been seen in films such as Naam Shabana, Poster Boys, and Bazaar among others mostly doing item numbers. She recently played a supporting role in Mohit Suri's action thriller film Malang. She also made her Tamil and Kannada film debut through films like Paris Paris and Butterfly respectively. She will be next seen in Yash Raj films Hum Masti Karenge which is scheduled to release in 2021. She was also seen in webseries like The Verdict - State vs Nanavati, Typewriter, and Inside Edge 2. She has also noticed for looking similar to the Indian film actress Katrina Kaif.
